However, if you don't have much time left to arrange your return, you can arrange your return yourself using your preferred postal service. Here's how
- Pack your package securely and make sure the item is suitable for shipping, with original packaging and labels intact.
- Please include a letter in your package so that the returns team can identify you and your order. Please include your order number, zip code, and reason for return on the letter.
- Choose your preferred parcel service and ensure that the package is sent to the following address
