Yes, credit notes can be used in our UK stores and online, but only with the retailer where your credit note was issued.
You can use all or part of the balance on your credit note. Any remaining value will be stored on the credit note. You can also use your credit note as a partial payment along with any other approved payment option.
Here are some additional terms and conditions regarding our credit notes:
- Gift cards and eVouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, used as payment with discount coupons, or taken as a deposit.
- Gift cards and eVouchers should be treated like cash: We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
- Gift cards and eVouchers are valid for two years from purchase. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on the card's expiration date.
- Gift cards and eVouchers cannot be used to purchase multiple gift cards.
- Gift cards and eVouchers cannot be used by customers outside the UK.
